Most frequent questions and answers

When you choose products on our site they should all state an estimate of lead time. This is most commonly 3-5 working days. However if you need your order on a certain day please add this to the notes section on your order, email sales@replicaplants.co.uk or call 01661871 481 and our team will do our very best to make this happen.

Your standard online orders will be delivered by our courier service TNT. Standard delivery is between 9am and 5pm, you will receive an email 24hrs before delivery with a tracking number for your order.

If you change your mind and wish to return your item thats no problem!

Returning your items

If you would like to arrange a return and refund please see below the options and requirements. 

  • Please email sales@replicaplants.co.uk with your order number, reason for return and whether you will be returning the goods yourself or as set out below you would like our team to collect at a charge.
  • We must be made aware of a return for refund within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  • The items must be returned in the state they were delivered – new and un used.The items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note

We can collect your order for you.

Our team will be happy to arrange a collection of your unwanted goods on your behalf. This is at a cost of £20 which will be deducted from your refund. Should you wish to do this please email sales@artificialplants.co.uk with your collection address

Cost of Returning Goods

The cost of returning unwanted goods/goods ordered in error is the customer’s responsibility. As mentioned above you may pay a courier direct or we can arrange a collection at a charge of £20 which will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommended using a service that is tracked and requires a proof of delivery. Original delivery charges are not refunded and will be deducted if charged from your refund.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Your refund will take 10-14 working days from the day it reaches our warehouse, you will be notified by email when we receive the goods and then that your refund has been processed.

If you miss your TNT delivery the driver should automatically put a card through your door and try to re deliver the next working day. If this is not suitable please call TNT on 0800 100 600 (Option3) with your consignment number to book a more convenient day. Or call our office on 01661 871 481. If you would like the order delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place we do have to make you aware this is at your own risk and no damages can be claimed on a delivery left in this way. Please add your note for delivery onto your order or email the information to sales@artificialplants.co.uk.
